If you’re heading to the Pacific or Indian Ocean, the top-rated destinations include Paulau, Yap and Truk in Micronesia, Indonesia, French Polynesia and Fiji.
North America’s top dive destinations are British Columbia and Ontario, Canada (brrr) and the Florida Keys.
