Getting Started: My father was drag racing at different tracks and started to notice that kids were using half scale dragster to race like adults. He was going to only ask my brother, but my mother made him ask me. The rest is history!
Competitive Highlights: Winning the World Bracket Finals @ VMP. Virginia Motor Sports., Winning the Junior Open two years in a row. Winning the Championship for the year @ Capitol Raceway. Winning the Best Reaction Time at the NHRA NATIONALS against 675 other racers. Going to the 1/4 final at Bristol Nationals. Winning the Raider ET Challenge Series on Nov. 6, 2005.

July 6, 2007 - The International Olympics Committee voted Thursday to create a Youth Olympics meant to drag kids from computer screens and onto the playing fields. The first is planned for 2010 for 3,500 athletes, ages 14-18. All Olympic sports would be represented, but with fewer events, and some new, youth-oriented sports might be introduced. (more…)

July 27 2007 - Did you know there’s a Hall of Fame just for surfers? It’s located on the Main Street in Huntington Beach, California aka Surf City USA. The imprints of the hands and feet of surfers including Kelly Slater, Andy Irons and Laird Hamilton can be found. This year, Peruvian superstar Sofia Mulanovich became the fourth women to be inducted, following Lisa Andersen in 2002, Jericho Poppler in 2004 and Layne Beachley in 2006. (more…)
