Arizona Wins 2007 College World Series
June 6 2007 - After dropping the first game to Tennessee, Arizona bounced back to take the final two contests in the best of three Women’s College World Series championships. Game two was a nail-biter that went 10 innings. The Wildcats capped their title run on June 6, with a 5-0 victory over the Lady Volunteers. With the win, Arizona has its eighth NCAA title in program history and back-to-back championships for the third time in program history.
