LINZ, Austria, Dec. 28, 2007 - Italy’s Denise Karbon continued her domination of the giant slalom in the women’s World Cup with her third straight win in the discipline coming in Linz on Friday.

The 27-year-old clocked the fastest times on both runs to finish a commanding 1.28 seconds ahead of Julia Mancuso of the United States with Nicole Gius joining fellow Italian Karbon on the podium in third place.
